Our standard support operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Enterprise customers have access to 24/7 critical incident response.
How fast will I get a response?
We aim to respond to all standard inquiries within 24 hours. Premium users typically receive responses within 4 hours, and Enterprise users within 1 hour.
Do you offer live chat or phone support?
Live chat support is available for Premium and Enterprise users directly within the admin dashboard. Phone support and Zoom consultations are exclusively reserved for Enterprise accounts.
Where can I report a bug or request a feature?
