1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with PapaDoc. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@papadoc.io within the 14-day period. Please include your account email address and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Your feedback helps us improve our product.

3. Exceptions

Please note that refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Renewals: Refunds are not granted for subscription renewals. We send notification emails prior to annual renewals to give you an opportunity to cancel.
  • AI Credit Abuse: If you have consumed an unusually high amount of AI credits (e.g., automated crawling abuse) within the 14-day window, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom enterprise agreements are subject to the terms outlined in their specific contracts.

4. Prorated Refunds

Outside of the initial 14-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. When you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually).

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
